Since a recent update, I have had several issues: 1) initially the maps failed to instal, I have no rectified this. 2) sometime on boot up it cycles through the “touch dot” sequence a few times. 3) following a factory reset (touching the bottom right of the screen whilst turning the power on), I cannot operate the device. When touching buttons on the screen they highlight in blue indicating they are being pressed however the device does not do anything.
